1. To make sure the availability of performance counters of every NE in Performance Management System
2. To make sure the automatic post processing (running script) of all regular and periodic KPI reporting
3. Responsible to maintain of performance server, application and data validation
4. Report and escalate the condition of performance servers to supervisor and manager
5. Create ticket regarding performance degradation in trouble ticket system (HPSM)
6. Create ad hock reporting of RAN KPI Performance and Traffic

• At least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineering

   

  Experience:

• Having min 3 years in telecommunication industry especially in radio network operational system performance database and OSS

Skills:

• Good communication in both Bahasa and English.
• Good in technical writing and reporting.
• Good presentation and persuasion skill capabilities.
• Has a sufficient knowledge of telecommunication business in general.
• Good knowledge in RAN (2G 3G), Core, Cellular Systems and KPI.
• Good knowledge and good hands on experience in Database Systems.
• Good Knowledge and good hands on experience in Database Programming (Query), macro and shell script
• Good knowledge and good hands on experience in linux/Unix environment.
