• Responsible for delivery and administration of employee services on industrial aspects such as retirement, industrial cases, and employee discipline to ensure business staffing strategies are aligned to corporate goals.
• Manages relations with internal (employees and union) and external (association, law firm, manpower ministry) stakeholder to build synergy relationship and positive environment

Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably Legal or HR Management

5-10 years of working experience in HR managerial position or corporate legal affairs
