Purpose & Context:

Purpose:

 

Ensure high up time of regional assets and sites through outage management (OM) and preventive maintenance (PM).

 

Context :

 

Manage Nokia Manage Service to provide good quality of OM & PM service and Ooredoo business expectations are adhered to

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Overview

             Outage Management:

  • Ensure high network availability and able to cater to business requirement
  • Daily follow-up and coordination with Nokia filed maintenance for regional sites availability
  • Ensure incidents and outages resolve within SLA by multivendor
  • Coordination all activity related to severity 1 and 2 incidents in region
  • RCAand reports validations
  • Daily analysis of incidents, change request reports
  • Ensure spares availability
  • Reduce sites outage with proactive analysis to reoccurrence issues

     

    Preventive Management:

  • Effective energy management by capturing data related to diesel consumption and electricity bills
  • Monitor schedule preventive and event-based maintenance for onsite infrastructure to increase infrastructure life
  • Establish standards and policies concerning regional site access and key acquisition
  • Ensure infrastructure security from vandalism activity
  • Monitor infrastructure acceptance activity
C. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:


Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge

8 years

  • O&M management
  • Telecom industry Radio Access Network
  • Telecom industry IP transport Network
  • Good written & spoken English ability.

 

Minimum Entry Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication or related work experience

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
  • Ensure 99% network availability
  • Ensure Nokia Manage Service Team SLA’s are adhere to
  • Ensure no human error that lead to downtime for all activities perform on site from multivendor
KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to :  Service Center Senior Manager

Interacts with:

Nokia MS, NOC & partner (Innovis) – For regional OM & PM

Tower company – Tower/site facility maintenance & security

DG vendor – DG corrective maintenance & preventive maintenance

Fueling Vendor

Regional government EB office – EB bill related issue

Regional Roll out Team – Daily site issue & acceptance

Regional  Sales & Distribution – Regional major event & complaint
