Role Purpose:

ASSIST in DEFINING, DEVELOPING and CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVING the Business Support System (BSS) strategy, architecture and roadmap within the defined domain.

Domain is defined as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Provisioning System, Order Management, Product Catalog, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Contact Center & Gallery Application and Infrastructure.

KEEP UP with global trends and technology update, UNDERSTAND business direction and DEVELOP principles and selection method accordingly for the most suitable partner and technology.

DEVELOP high-level use-case of the solution which represents the value of the proposed solution in terms of investment and cost of resources required; the desired business outcomes.

INITIATE annual budgetary plan which includes budgetary of new capabilities, capacity expansion, features enhancement and system transformation.
Qualification:

Minimum University Degree (S1), preferable Master Degree (S2) with major study in Informatics / Computer / Electrical / Telecommunication / Industrial Engineering.

Experience:

Has experience at minimum 5 years in telecommunication industry, especially in CRM technology design and solution would be an advantage.

Skill and Knowledge:

General Skill:

  1. Excellent communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  2. Excellent technical writing and reporting.
  3. Excellent presentation and persuasion skill capabilities.
  4. Excellent knowledge of telecommunication business in general.
  5. Excellent understanding in general and specific business process within the business users.
  6. Excellent knowledge of IT system in detail and technology roadmap.

Specific Skill :

  1. Has an excellent knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Provisioning System, Order Management, Product Catalog and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
  2. Has an excellent knowledge in Contact Center, Queuing System & Gallery application and Infrastructure.
  3. Has a good knowledge in ISS (Infrastructure) in the area of server, storage, database, cloud & virtualization, backup system, desktop, local/wide area network, data center and disaster recovery.
  4. Has a good knowledge in IT application and system design, database design and infrastructure design.
  5. Has a good knowledge in Business Process Framework (eTOM), Application Framework (TAM) and Information Framework (SID).
  6. Familiarity with Enterprise-Architecture (EA tools) such as Mega, IBM Rational Rose and Alfabet.
