Position is responsible for providing Business analyst support in new business manage services department. Provides oversight, problem-solving and support in collaboration with a department providing a single administrative service or several administrative services.
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide customer services such as Planning, administer, Control budget Operation, Contract, Evaluate the Operations. Must demonstrate knowledge and Skill of the principles of growth and development as Information Technologies and Digital Business.
Manage operation and maintenance of Infrastructure, support application services, architecture design, etc. Assist customers, in a professional manner, and handle general inquiries, request or change management, and incident via ticket system to Technical engineer. Schedule, track, and provide support materials for meetings, decide priority of request, incident, and project events, with customers as and when needed, including operational audits, alocation resources, and project running.
Minimum University Degree (S1), preferable Master Degree (S2) with major study in Informatics / Computer / Electrical / Telecommunication / Industrial Engineering.
Has experience at minimum 5 years in telecommunication industry, especially in CRM technology design and solution would be an advantage.
