VAC6054 - Digital Paid Marketing Manager

Job Role:
  • Execute digital acquisition strategy and setup of all social media paid campaigns (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) and AdWords campaigns (SEM, GDN, Youtube)
  • Manage the paid digital marketing campaigns on a daily basis
  • Measure and optimize paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports
Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related

Experience:
  •  1-3 years of Paid Marketing experience (Facebook and/or AdWords), preferably in the telecom sector
  •  Proficiency with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google AdWords Editor
  •  Proficiency in Facebook analytics and business account management
  •  Passed and maintained Google AdWords and Google Analytics certification is preferred (e.g. Google Adwords Paid Search; Display, Video, Bing Certification and Google Analytics IQ (GAIQ) exams)
  •  Experience in other PPC/CPM networks
  •  Experience with SEO is preferred
  •  Demonstrated experience using marketing metrics to drive business decisions
  •  Comfort using marketing technology tools including marketing automation, CRM, and content management systems
Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tool
  • Advanced understanding of Google AdWords, analytics dashboards, campaign management and vendor management
  • Strong analytical skills and experience evaluating, creating and presenting campaign reports with exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities
  • Strong team player with good relationship management skills and problem solving skills
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
