Job Role:

Support his/her manager to identifying and maximizing the MFS business opportunity as well as realizing the sales, revenue potential and operational services through MFS fields sales person (Mobile Agents and Account Officer) team and support the achievement of  Mobile Financial Services (MFS) product sales and profitability target.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university with some Sales and management background

Experience:

2 years of experience in retail sales, revenue cycle experience and managing sales territory

Skills:
  • Ability to effective set-up, manage and develop territory sales team
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in new business development and lead qualification
  • Excellent planning, monitoring, analytical and reporting skills
  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skill
  • Demonstrates impeccable sales acumen with passion and drive for success
  • Ability to work across different functions and business unit
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication preffered
