Providing legal support and advisory services to relevant business units, particularly in the areas of general corporate, business development and special projects in order to protect the company’s interest in every transaction against foreseeable legal risk. Maintaining a repository system for legal documents and providing report/analysis to management

-       Minimum Bachelor of Law Degree
-       Proficiency in English.
-       (Preferably) qualified to practice law in Indonesia (member of PERADI).

at least 10 years’ experience as corporate lawyer and/or in-house counsel in multinationals and/or publicly listed corporation

Skillful with company laws, banking & finance laws, investment laws, telecommunication laws, manpower laws, intellectual property laws, as well as in depth knowledge of securities & capital market regulations
