The main responsibilities of the IBS Radio Network Planning Engineer are:
In charge on IBS RF Design and super WIFI and support Project implementation
Support the Network Architecture and Solution teams in various studies related to IBS;
Perform in depth analysis of/calculate IBS design scenarios (in support of strategic decisions);
Support for all case IBS coverage and super WIFI solutions
Produce a Radio Network Master Plan (AOP) fulfilling the Commercial requirements;
IBS and super WIFI design, based on standardized solutions;
Based on the detailed design, create ready to implement data builds (i.e. planned configuration);
Technical approval of the to be implemented designs (building layout, TSSRs, etc.);
Qualification:
Preferable University Degree (S1) with major study in Technical background
Fluency in English is required;
Strong verbal and written communication is essential;
Strong problem analysis/solving skills;
Strong ability to convince decision makers;
Motivated, curious and inquisitive to learn new things and look further than own area;
Highly creative: be able to come up with new ideas and concepts;

Experience:
3-5 years in telecommunication industry, multiple business unit background of working experiences would be an advantage.
Has experience of working closely as the IBS RF Design Engineer
Skills:
Good knowledge of GSM, UMTS, WLAN and LTE network principles and design;
Good knowledge of Radio Access networks features and functionalities;
