Location: Indonesia - Jakarta Closing date: 16-Oct-2015
Job Role:
  1. Assisting Project Controller in monitoring various projects program to ensure those programs are implemented and meeting the goals,
  2. Assisting the Project Controller in managing clients and projects teams, develop projects protocols and generally to deliver the projects are implemented on time, on budget and meet the desired quality.
  3. Assisting the Project Controller in developing strategy/preventive actions for each projects/initiatives and making progress reports for each projects/initiatives.
  4. Facilitate and monitor certain projects directly
Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree; Master Degree is preferable
  • Solid integrity, professionally and personally.
  • Strong initiatives in self-development
  • Commitment to quality and timely result of the works.
  • Fluently in English both written and verbal
  • Able to work independent and under pressure
  • Understanding of current industry trends and willingness to learn;
Experience:
  • Having good analytical and reporting skills
  • Having good experience in project management
  • Having good experience in cross functional background of Commercial and Technology/IT
Skills:
  • Very good communication skills
  • Fluently in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft office application
