Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s incoming payments, ensuring that all customer invoices are accurate, and ensuring the efficient collection of outstanding amounts. The ideal candidate will handle the invoicing process, track outstanding payments, and ensure timely collections from customers. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in accounting software purposes.
Process and monitor daily accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and credit memos.
Perform the monthly closing of Revenues and reconcile with billing and AR sub-ledgers to the general ledger and ensure that records are accurate.
Follow up on overdue accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding amounts.
Interact with clients to resolve discrepancies, answer inquiries, and handle billing issues.
Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data.
Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting.
Additional duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
1 - 3 years accounting experience.
Experience in accounts receivable is a plus.
Fluent in English
