VAC6866 - DH B2B Business Intelligence & CVM ( Customer Value Management)

Role and Responsibility:
  • To develop, design, implement and manage periodic Business Reporting and Analysis for B2B performance.
  • Lead process of decision making in B2B regarding to performance measurement management by feeding valuable insight and actionable recommendation to Top Management.
  • As a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for DSS (Decision Support System : catalyst, DWH, RBM, SAP) in B2B related to Business and Customer analytics.
  • Institutionalize Business Intelligence tools as a centralized business and customer information across company
  • Focus on exploration and discovery of intelligence and insight that can be converted into real tangible business value and solution to manage B2B KPI achievements
  • Act as data hygienist to make sure that data coming from the source system into the DSS is clean, accurate and process governed, and stay that way over the entire data lifecycle of retention.
  • To identify required enhancements of reporting and analytic system for the B2B operation (Catalist, DWH, RBM, analytical toolkit etc) and develop the reporting and system in order to ensure a proper database information is available for the business
  • To coordinate, consolidate and analyze B2B AoP and Forecast
Qualification:
  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university with management background Computer/IT, Math, Statistic or Finance); masters’ degree and hybrid background is preferred
  • Has solid analytical thinking
  • Strong and advance skills in spreadsheet, powerpoint and charting
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate with senior management team
  • Strong understanding about DSS Element (Decision Support System)and BI tools
  • Able to translate commercial language to technical language and vice versa
  • Good understanding in MLS (Machine Learning System) / Statistical analysis / Predictive modelling / Hypothesis testing is an strong advantage
  • Enjoying working in a fast-changing, having a natural curiosity and enjoying solving complex problems
  • Passion for excellence and process improvement
Experience:
  • At least 10 years experience as an Biz Analyst/Data Scientist/Finance or Planning and Strategy

    ; B2B experience is a plus

  • Has good experience to maintain DSS element at commecial point of view
  • Telco or Banking experience is an advantage
  • Experience in leading major information management programs in key business area
Skills:
  • Data mining & CRM Analytics expertise and software expertise (SPSS/SAS etc.) is highly preferred
  • Excellent writing, reading and presentation skills in English language
  • Ability to build and manage teams; team work
  • Corporate level proficiency in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, official e-mailing and computer skills, etc.
  • Proven ability to work across different functions, business units, geographies, and cultures
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
