To manage SME Customers relationship and government as well, drive profitable business and increase market share by offering relevant solutions to customers’ requirements. 


  • Lead the team of Partner Account Manager (SME & Gov Sectors) to achieve company objectives
  • Manage internal team’s workflow and execution of deliverables
  • Handle effective management on key clients to ensure sales and retention KPI’s are met for each sectors
  • Ensure personal sales processes, reporting and systems management is carried out in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to the customers’ issues
  • Negotiate Contracts and close agreement to maximize profit
  • University Graduate
  • Minimum 5 years in B2B Sales Account Management (SME & Gov)
  • Solution selling and Technical aptitude – preferably from a technical sales background
  • Must have sales leadership role experience
  • Able to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels in organization
  • Able to Speak English at a reasonable level.
