VAC7880 - Sales Executive for Yangon

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

This role requires to drive sales in our retail shop which located in Myanmar and to conduct customer care activities with the required level of excellence, achieving an extraordinary level of satisfaction in Ooredoo customers.

    ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
    • Perform both sales related tasks and customer care activities. 
    • Continuous learning of products and services in the Ooredoo portfolio and the proficiency on the usage of CRM and other applicable software.
    • Handle customer complaints efficiently and appropriately.
    • Capture customer feedback and interact with store managers for continuous improvement
    • Meet established sales’ targets (daily, weekly, monthly and annually) and Customer Service KPIs.
    • Participate actively in trade show events and other sales-driven activities.
    • Assist the supervisor and manager in daily inventory check
    • Foster collaborative relationships with internal functional divisions
    EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
    • University Graduate
    • 2-3 years of experience in FMCG or Telecoms
    • Experience in a customer facing sales driven organization. ( Preferred )
    • Good Communications in English and Myanmar
