VAC7864 - Regional Sales Head (Mobile Money)
Field: Sales Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent
Location: Myanmar - Yangon Closing date: 30-Nov-2019
To execute the Mobile Money Sales & Distribution Strategy in the assigned region to achieve targets.
  • Responsible to achieve daily, monthly and yearly targets of “Mobile Money” Sales & Acquisition
  • Develop and manage overall “Mobile Money” Distribution Network Channels to achieve sales KPIs.
  • Execute the company’s sales & distribution strategy for Mobile Money by maximizing the distribution system for all product ranges.
  • Understand market trends to recommend process improvements as well as cost control.
  • Ensure quality of Acquisition, Trade Engagement and Channel ROI.        
  • Responsible for coaching and development of the team.
  • University Graduate preferably MBA degree holder with Marketing, Economic or Business Administration
  • Solid experience of over 8 years in an On Ground Sales and Mass Marketing Distribution and preferable Mobile Money Sales & Distribution experience will be an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading large teams
  • Very good communications skills
