PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To create positive customer experience by resolving the issues raised by the customers in a timely and effective manner.  

 

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Engaging in active listening with customers, responding efficiently and accurately through phone or email by confirming and clarifying information as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and report on the issues and concerns about Ooredoo Myanmar’s products and services.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and provide the feedback to improve the product, services, processes and experience of the customers.
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and maintain the confidentiality of all the data.

 

 

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • University graduate preferably in IT and Engineering.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices and at least one year working experience in the customer service environment.
  • Excellent Communication, strong phone contact handling and active listening skills 
  • Proficiency with computers and strong English and Myanmar typing skills
  • Fluency in English language would be prefer 

 

 

REMARK:
 The applicants must be able to work flexible hours and in shifts (morning, afternoon, night.)
