VAC7175 - Compensation Senior Specialist

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

 Responsible to provide main incentive system and process for all Ooredoo Myanmar’s direct/indirect channel distribution chains. 

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Identify business user’s needs and advice on sales incentive related matters such as sales incentive policies, programs and approaches.
  • Validate and implement of sales incentive plans and targets.
  • To implement sales incentive communication materials and ensure the governance of sales incentive programs are in compliance with established guidelines, processes and procedures.
  • To create, route, track and reconcile sales incentive plans and payments.
  • Maintain the sales incentive compensation aspects of workday or create new system when necessary
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • University graduate preferably in Marketing, Economics or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in direct/indirect channel management
  • Expert knowledge and experience in Telecom industry and managing mass distribution network
  • Experience in technical and financial reward management
  • Fluency in English and Myanmar Language both spoken and written is mandatory
