Location: Myanmar - Yangon Closing date: 30-Mar-2018
    • Translating official documents from English to Myanmar.
    • Manage PO/PR process.
    • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
    • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders necessary.
    • Manage agenda, travel arrangements, appointments etc. for the management.
    • Assist in the preparation of department budgets and expenses
  • University Graduate
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • 1-2 years of experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, V-Look Up, Pivot, PPT)
  • Good Communications in English and Myanmar
  • Excellent organizational skills
