PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To execute the Sales & Distribution Strategy in the assigned region to achieve targets.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Responsible to achieve daily, monthly and yearly targets of Sales & Acquisition
  • Develop and manage overall channel sales network to achieve sales KPIs.
  • Execute the company’s sales & distribution strategy by maximizing the distribution system for all product ranges.
  • Understand market trends, competition to recommend process improvements as well as cost control.
  • Ensure quality of Acquisition, Trade Engagement and Channel ROI.
  • Drive BTL promotions to ensure BTO profitability.
  • Responsible for coaching and development of the team.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • University Graduate preferably MBA degree holder with Marketing, Economic or Business Administration
  • Solid experience of over 8 years in an On Ground Sales and Mass Marketing Distribution
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading large teams
  • Very good communications skills
