VAC6990 - HR Business Partner

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

This role is to engage with functional team members as the “first point of contact” for all HR related matters and help administer Ooredoo’s policies in all aspects of Human Resources.  

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Act as guardian for all Human Resources Policies and Procedures ensuring awareness and compliance from staff
  • Support Recruitment and Onboarding processes for the different departments with the support from the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development Teams.
  • Manage day-to-day HR issues and act as a “consultant” to Managers to help them with employee related topics.
  • Collaborate with Talent Development Team to coordinate trainings for employees and support special projects.
  • Lead HR Projects such as Performance Management process, engagement activities, employee opinion survey, etc.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

 

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • University Graduate
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Human Resources with 2 year in Generalist role.
  • Solid knowledge of international best HR practices and up to date knowledge of Employment and Labor Law of Myanmar
  • Business Insights and ability to translate Business insights to HR practices
  • Proficient in English (Speak, read and write)
