PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To support Organizational Development team to achieve organization-wide strategic HR objectives.  

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Support end-to-end process for Ooredoo Myanmar’s Employee Performance Management including design, delivery of information and training sessions.
  • Identify and design appropriate leadership development activities including mentoring and coaching, based on 70:20:10 development methodology by aligning to Ooredoo Group’s competency framework.
  • Support OD Director with implementation of phased-approach Ooredoo Myanmar’s Succession Planning.
  • Lead OD interventions to ensure effective organizational practices and facilitate organizational change activities in line with managing changes in response to organization and market needs.
  • Assist in implementation of HR Strategies that align with Ooredoo Myanmar’s Mission, Vision, Values and Strategies.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • University Graduate preferably with HR or Business Management
  • Internationally recognized certificate or diploma in Human Resources or Applied Psychology
  • Solid 5 – 7 years experience in HR; including organizational development experience and/or strategic HR experience
  • Strong knowledge in general HR Management
  • Understanding of HR processes and systems
  • Strong project management skills and intermediate level MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
  • Good ability to analyze and interpret data

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles
  • Understanding of strategic HR issues is an advantage

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Written and spoken English – Business Level
  • Written and spoken Myanmar
