VAC6851 - Commission Dealer Engagement Manager
Field: Sales Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent
Location: Myanmar - Yangon Closing date: 31-Jan-2018
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Control Cost of Acquisition for a healthy EBITDA through channel management and optimization.
  • Manage all aspects of product marketing including competitive analysis, market forecast and product positioning to ensure profitability.
  • Define and manage a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
  • Liaise with the regional sales teams to ensure effectiveness of consumer promotions
  • Coordinate the budget allocation and control the spending of S&D department.
  • Responsible to collaborate with key stakeholders on the design, development, implementation, communication and administration of sales incentive plans.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • University graduate preferably in marketing, economics and business administration.
  • Minimum of 8 years experiences in channel sales management.
  • Strong knowledge in financial acumen.
  • Experience working with Telco or managing mass distribution networks and/or startup businesses.
