VAC6785 - Business Product Specialist (Fixed Service)
Field: Sales Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent
Location: Myanmar - Yangon Closing date: 31-Aug-2017
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To create B2B fixed service product portfolio for Enterprise and IP transit customers and including IPLC and DLC.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Create and manage end to end product lifecycle for fixed services
  • Develop a strong fixed product portfolio, differentiating Ooredoo Business from other business operators
  • Develop products by optimizing available technology resources and low costs
  • Create and deploy innovative solutions to improve revenues and customer experience
  • Manage and track KPIs on performance of B2B fixed & Wholesale services
  • Interact with Sales, Communication, Finance, and customer Care
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • University Graduate
  • 3-5 years product development and management experience in fixed services
  • Excellent writing, reading and presentation skills in English language
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Understand telecommunication market with emphasis on B2B fixed services
  • Experience in setting segmented product strategies and understanding of Marketing Plans and operations.
