VAC6770 - Talent Development Senior Manager

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Responsible to develop and implement the Talent Development Programs for all Ooredoo team members.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Review and Revise Talent Development Policy in regular base and execute Talent Development Intervention in compliance with the policy.
  • Design training programs through effective learning methodologies to implement across Ooredoo Myanmar
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of training programs to be able to see the result and ROI.  
  • Responsible to lead e-learning projects and other interventions where appropriate in conjunction with Talent Development Director based on 70-20-10 development philosophy.
  • Maintain the Talent Development productivity matrix, strategy tracker update and present the report to management and to make the analysis.
  • Manage the Talent Development delivery team to make sure the performance of the training team is in line with the company’s requirements.
  • Responsible to develop in-house training materials. 
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • University Graduate
  • Prefer CLDP certification or any globally or locally well-organized L&D certification
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in Learning & Development/ HR with 4 years of working experience
  • Result oriented and excellent time management
  • High English Proficiency in 4 skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organization and communication skills, ability to work effectively with a wide rang
