ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  Overview

  • Responsible for executing the “Mobile Money” distribution roadmap in his or her region for Ooredoo Myanmar
  • To build, appoint and manage the “Distribution Channel – Aggregator” in his or her region
  • Ensure that all relevant infrastructure within the appointed “Aggregator” is well prepared before launch
  • Responsible for ensuring a robust and workable “Mobile Money” agent management model comprising

                            Agent dimensioning

                            Agent recruitments

                            Partnership alliances on Agent day to operations via “Super-Agent” appointment

                            Agent training

  • Responsible for “Agent Branding & Merchandising” as per the “Visibility Index” set aside under Mobile Money program
  • To work with Cross Functional Stakeholders in Customer Service, Finance, S&D and Brand & Communications on key processes impacting “Mobile Money” services

                            Mobile Money Registration Process (KYC)

                            Agent and Customer “Helpdesk” process

                            Agents and Super Agents “Claim Settlement” process

                            Agent “Tool Kit” creation process

                            Agent/ Merchant “ Branding & Go To Market” process

  • Identify and execute key partnerships around “FMCG Distribution Houses” for developing and signing up the “Ooredoo Cashless Solutions”
  • To review and monitor the sales staff of “Aggregator” on the target versus achievement defined
  • Responsible for engaging and building relationship with agents by ensuring “Market Face Time” by daily agent visits as per the visitation norms set aside
  • Coordinate and work with all team members and cross functional members on executing the “Mobile Money Pre Launch” activity
  • Responsible for ensuring participation and involvement in the “Platform UAT” for Mobile Money
  • Drive overall “Mobile Money Availability” and “New Customers Acquisitions” for each project
  • Monitor and track all “ Competitor Information and Market Activities” in mobile money

  • Active Agents ( Weekly & Monthly )
  • E-money availability ( Daily )
  • Agent Education ( Daily )
  • Aggregator Infrastructure ( Monthly )
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge

  • Retail sales & distribution management
  • Front line team handling
  • Distributor / Dealer management
  • Exposure to FMCG , Beverage , Telco , Retail Banking will be preferred

Minimum Entry Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 to 8 years in the categories mentioned
