VAC6409 - Organizational Development Specialist
Field: Human Resources Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent
Location: Myanmar - Yangon Closing date: 28-Feb-2017
A. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Performance Management

  • Educate employees on Performance Management Process and System.
  • Coordinate with IT Operations team for EPM system and provide system support to employees
  • Conduct HR Audit throughout the whole Performance Management Process

Organizational Design and Organization Structure

  • Manage Manpower Tracker
  • Keep track of Organizational Structure in Visio and manage employee relationships in SAP
  • Be involved in projects related to Organization Design with OD Senior Manager

Job Analysis & Job Evaluation

  • Ensure Job descriptions are keep abreast with changing job requirements and Competencies required
  • Evaluate jobs using Mercer Method

HR Strategy

  • Be involved in designing HR Strategies such as Succession Planning and Retention Strategy, etc.

OD Interventions and Change Management

  • Be involved in preparing and executing OD interventions in line with managing changes in response to market needs.
B. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS & DECISION MAKING:

Interacts with:

  • Human Resources Team
C. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge

  • Minimum 3 year experience in HR
  • Sound knowledge in General HR Management and Performance Management in particular
  • Experience of HR process Management
  • HR Information System Experience is a plus

 

Minimum Entry Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in the related field
  • Internationally recognized Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources (preferred)
  • Certificate or Diploma in Applied Psychology (preferred)

D. COMPETENCIES:

Technical

  • Good Understanding of HR processes and procedures
  • Microsoft Office Suite with (Advanced Excel Skill)
  • Analytical Skill
  • Good English Proficiency
  • Business Acumen (Preferred)
  • Understanding of the telecom industry (Preferred)
