Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to ensure that overall fraud management function actively managed regarding risks associated with fraud across the organization. this role will assist on minimizing exposure of fraudulent abuse or attack on indosat's service/product within FM control point coverage and to explore new method of detection & analysis approach for other similar case possibility & new fraud trend with objective enhancement detection.

Requirements & Skills:

Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree majoring in Telecommunication/IT/Network

Experience 

  • 2 Years of working experience within a telecommunications company
  • 1 Year of experience in Revenue Assurance or Fraud Management or Datawarehouse admin
  • 1 Year of managing experience (admin Level) on Fraud management related tools

Skills 

  • SQL & software development
  • Database user/administration
  • Risk identification & root Cause Analysis
  • Good knowledge of telecom OSS and BSS infrastructure, including hardware and software components
  • Good knowledge of RAFM industry standards including GSMA & TM Forum
Responsibilities:
  • Act as escalation point for major fraud detections
  • Conduct objective, fair, thorough, unbiased and timely analysis into indications of fraud, leakage or abuse against company
  • Review and research evidence/documents to analyse the overall fact pattern of claims and synthesize data into a professional report with recommendation
  • Responsible for creating routine reports
  • Produce statistical, temporal, demographic and geographical analysis and reports on known frauds and emerging trends
