Role Purpose:
  • Responsible to coordinate project quality and assurance and develop / update overall technical methodology and assurance to support continuous Risk Management and Business Continuity Management compliance

  • Knowledge on Risk Management Standard
  • Knowledge on Business Continuity Management Standard.
  • Knowledge on COSO Internal control framework
  • Knowledge on Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR)
  • Knowledge on audit techniques
  • Knowledge on Accounting Information System
  • Accounting standard (Indonesian and IFRS) knowledge
  • Must have good leadership; conceptual and analytical thinking
  • Good problem solving skills with the ability to make decision based on accurate and timely analyses
  • Good interpersonal skill and positive attitude.
  • Good time management skill.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experiences in financial/ Auditing Field/ Risk Management/ Business Continuity Management or other related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in junior staff position

Responsibilities:
  • Establish coordination and regular communication with external parties according to its related function
  • Support manager for timely delivery of ICFR process: scoping, risk assessment, control design and walkthrough for expense, employee benefit & IT.
  • Ensure that the results of the stream in conformity with the requirements of SOA, SEC guidance, auditing standards and practices, internal control and business perspectives.
  • Assist manager in development and implementation of RM Database and monitoring
  • Assist in monitoring progress of RM and BCM project on regular basis.
  • Collect and compile all data and information needed for RM and BCM reporting purposes.
  • Assist in preparation of RM and BCM training, workshop, seminar or certification for Risk Management Team.
  • Support Project & Expenditure Risk Manager in coordinating risk management/BCM campaign and awareness.
