Role Purpose:

To develop effective and efficient solutions, which is represented by the value of proposed solutions in terms of investment and cost of resources required, of the requested use-cases from respective users within the expected time and the desired business outcomes. The solutions should incorporate end-to-end design impacts to system capacity, system features and capabilities, system performance and availability, system operation, business process, operational process, SLA, customer experience, and all IT Service Design aspects.

Requirements & Skills:

Qualification:

Minimum University Degree (S1) with major study in Informatics / Computer / Electrical / Telecommunication / Industrial Engineering.

Experience:

Has experience in telecommunication industry, especially in Big Data technology design and solution would be an advantage.

General Skillset:

  1. Good communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  2. Good technical writing and reporting.
  3. Good presentation and persuasion skill capabilities.
  4. Good knowledge of telecommunication business in general.
  5. Good knowledge of IT system in detail and technology roadmap.

Specific Skillset (Domain):

  1. Has an excellent skill on Big Data, BI/DWH Technology, Advance and Real-Time Analytics, Complex Event Processing, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, Customer Value Management and Campaign Management Technology.
  2. Has an excellent skill on Data Management, Data Governance, Data Integrity, and Data Security
  3. Has an excellent skill on IT design, solution and architecture
  4. Has a good knowledge on Business Support System for Telco Services
  5. Has a good knowledge on Digital IT
Responsibilities:
  • DEFINE and PROVIDE Solution Architecture in COLLABORATION with Related Team.
  • DEVELOP effective and efficient solutions, which is represented by the value of proposed solutions in terms of investment and cost of resources required, of the requested use-cases from respective users within the expected time and the desired business outcomes. The solutions should incorporate end-to-end design impacts to system
  • EVALUATE current system performance based on input from respective stakeholders including business and technology.
  • TRANSLATE business performance and customer experience into system and services performance SLA/KPI.
  • PLAN and DEVELOP program and initiatives for achieving target performance.
