Role Purpose:
Ensure proper execution of marketing communication programs in Sales Area, such as branding, media placement, social media, brand activation and POS material. He/ she also involves in managing local media partners and supervises Mitra Pengelola Cluster to manage their marcom activities. He/she have passion on marketing communication with high pressure and creativity
Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree - D3
  • 1-2 Years experience in Marketing Communication

  • Good attitude and hungry to learn
  • Good communication and writing skills in English and Indonesian
  • Good on execution
  • Good in design graphic
  • Good in communication & negotiation
  • Active in social media
  • Good in reporting & administration
Job Responsibilities:
  • Execute and achieve marketing communication programs from HQ, Region and Sales Area (local content);
  • Evaluate marcom activities and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Alignment with other Functions to ensure smooth internal process.
  • Administration and reporting.
  • Networking with Media Partners & Active in Digital/Social Media
