Role and Purpose:
Developing and continuously Improving the Enterprise Support System ( EES) strategy,  domain is defined as BIG DATA SYSTEM including data management, data governance, data integrity, data security, enterprise information fabric, customer value management, complex event processing, advance and real-time analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligent.

 

RESPONSIBLE to KEEP UP with global trends and technology update, UNDERSTAND business direction and DEVELOP principles and selection method accordingly for the most suitable partner and technology.

RESPONSIBLE for defined domain design, architecture, planning and solution including capacity management, availability management, IT Service Continuity management, service level management, and other aspects of IT Service Design

INITIATE annual budgetary plan which includes budgetary of new capabilities, capacity expansion, features enhancement and system transformation.

SUPPORT for solution sourcing process including all technical documentations and required processes, including budget approval process.
Qualification:

Minimum University Degree (S1) with major study in Informatics / Computer / Electrical / Telecommunication / Industrial Engineering.

Experience:

Has experience in telecommunication industry, especially in Big Data technology design and solution would be an advantage.

Skills:
  1. Good communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  2. Good technical writing and reporting.
  3. Good presentation and persuasion skill capabilities.
  4. Good knowledge of telecommunication business in general.
  5. Good knowledge of IT system in detail and technology roadmap.
Specific Skills:
  1. Has an excellent skill on Big Data, BI/DWH Technology, Advance and Real-Time Analytics, Complex Event Processing, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, Customer Value Management and Campaign Management Technology.
  2. Has an excellent skill on Data Management, Data Governance, Data Integrity, and Data Security
  3. Has a good knowledge in ISS (Infrastructure) in the area of server, storage, database, cloud & virtualization, backup system, desktop, local/wide area network, data center and disaster recovery.
  4. Has a good knowledge in Business Process Framework (eTOM), Application Framework (TAM) and Information Framework (SID), IT Service Management (ITIL).
