Role Purpose:
The purpose of this role is manage and supervise of outbond agent for CMAO team under Indosat Corporate Helpdesk team. Follow up and handling inquiries and complaints from corporate customers, dispatch corporate customers issues to related function and lead communications to cross functional unit, both internally and externally to provide the solution.
Qualification:

- Under graduate degree in Information Technology / Computer Science

- Has solid analytical and problem solving skill
Experience:

- Preferably, have fair knowledge in Customer Service skill minimum 1 year

- At minimum3 years experiences in Telco Industry.Having B2B experience is a plus
