VAC6854 - Senior Legal Counsel - Non Litigation & Regional Dispute

Field: Legal Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent

Location: Indonesia - Jakarta Closing date: 21-Oct-2017

Job Role:
Handling and representing the management in resolving cases particularly for all Non Litigation cases (arbitration and mediation) and Regional Dispute Resolution in order to protect the company’s interest and minimize the company’s legal risk, as well as providing report/analysis to management on the status of the cases.

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor of Law.
Having good knowledge of Indonesian law.
familiar with telecommunication industry will be a plus points
Experience in handling Non Litigation (arbitration and mediation) cases

Experience:

At least 3 years’ experience as corporate lawyer and/or in-house counsel in multinationals and/or publicly listed corporation

Skills:

Skillful with civil laws, penal law, administration law, economic law, telecommunication laws, labor law, and consumer protection law.
