Job Role:
Design and develop organization structure and function’s role & responsibilities based on company’s strategy (top-down) and operation tactical (bottom-up), which is followed-up by job analysis and evaluation, competency mapping and IPM System enhancement in order to ensure enhancement of organization capabilities.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor degree, mainly in Industrial Engineering or Management
  • High level of professionalism
  • Possess a strong understanding of general HR, functional organization and business process
  • Capable of spotting opportunities to improve organization effectiveness
Experience:
Minimum 5 years cumulative experience on HR, business process and organization analysis, preferably having experience in Telecom sector
Skills:
  • Good analytical skill
  • Good communication skill
  • Good logic and have a systematic approach
  • Excellent writing, reading and presentation skills
  • Corporate level proficiency in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Data Analyst  and computer skill
