Job Role:

Responsible for the Company’s compliance towards capital market laws and regulations in the area of disclosure and reporting
Qualification:

Must minimally possess a Bachelor of Law Degree.

Master degree is preferred

 
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of working experience as a lawyer with deep exposure in general corporate as well as capital market and securities practice and/or as an in-house counsel/compliance manager who, among her/his responsibilities, is the capital market/securities compliance
Skills:
  • Excellent knowledge of the company laws and regulations as well as in depth knowledge of securities & capital market laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Excellent drafting/writing skills.
  • Good communication skills, assertive, independent, good attention for details.
  • Good understanding on corporate finance and accounting principles.
