1. Leads, directs, evaluates and develops professional staffs and teams to ensure the achievement of departmental goals.
2. Provides mentorship and guidance to subordinate
3. Perform coordination with other department to improve radio network quality with target is to achieve of main KPI.
4. Analyze and monitor RAN performance of Java and Bali network.
5. Create alerting and tracking for worst performance cells for every technology in each area.
6. Support the achievement of corporate strategic objective of network quality.
7. Identify problems in the BSS/RAN network that have a major impact on the achievement of KPI and mainly to customer experience.
8. Act as an early detection of RAN problem by monitoring the performance.
9. Support to review the network performance in order to define the lack withtarget and defining the optimization activity

Preferably Master Degree (S2), minimally Bachelor Degree (S1)

Having min 5 years in telecommunication industry especially in radio network monitoring/ radio planning and optimization/ radio operational experiences

• Good communication in both Bahasa and English.
• Good in technical writing and reporting.
• Good presentation and persuasion skill capabilities.
• Has a sufficient knowledge of telecommunication business in general.
• Knowledge in Radio / BSS / RAN / Cellular Systems (GSM/UMTS/LTE)
• Knowledge in Database Systems.
• Basic Knowledge in Database Programming (Macros)
• Expertise in Spreadsheet and Presentation Tools.
• Highly creative: be able to come up with new ideas and concepts
• A team player that has the capability and eagerness to quickly pick up new knowledge in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment
