Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide appropriate solutions and answers to the customers' questions and/or problems.
  • Taking all the opportunities to promote our products & services (initial sales and up selling).
  • Participating in the analysis of daily, weekly and monthly activity reports.
  • Joining regular service center staff meetings and helping to identify opportunities and develop new strategies to optimize the team's performance and the service level in general.
  • Alerting the direction of Customer Care in case of problems or decrease of the service level. Recommending and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Assuring a continuous dialogue with other departments especially Contact Center and Marketing Department in order to always be kept informed of the new products and service, strategies, policies, and other information.
  • Having strong knowledge of tools & equipment provided, and to ensure correct entries and transactions are executed by the CCRs.
  • Ensuring proper reconciliation and reporting of daily revenue and cash management.
  • Maintaining the equipment and inventory.
  • Upholding the appearance of a clean environment and, moreover, with the assistance from Marketing Department, implementing innovative ways to attract and gain customer attention to the service center and Ooredoo products and services.
  • Respecting the corporate policies and confidentiality during the daily and transnational activities.
  • Reporting to the  service center supervisor on daily activities and other matters.
  • Performing any task (related to job/ work) assigned by the supervisor.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Two years of experience in a service centre or communicational environment.
  • Bachelor degree in related filed or equivalent education/experience.
Skills:
  • Frontline customer handling skills.
  • Cash Management.
  • Inventory Management.
  • Time Management skills.
  • Team spirited.
  • Motivated, dynamic and very good communicator.
  • Strong sense of initiative.
  • Good analytical skills.

سياسة التوظيف الداخلي

  1. سيتم إعلان الوظائف الداخلية للموظفين من خلال  الرابط على الصفحة الداخلية للشركة، والتي تمثل القناة الوحيدة لإستقبال طلبات الموظفين، وفي حال تعذر ذلك التقديم لوظيفة من خلال الصفحة الداخلية يرجى الاتصال بقسم التوظيف في دائرة الموارد البشرية.
  2. يحق التقديم للوظائف الداخلية فقط للموظفين الذين أتموا ستة أشهر على الأقل في وظيفتهم الحالية، والذين يخلو ملفهم من اي اجراء تأديبي (تنبيه، انذار خطي، الخ..)
  3. يتوجب على الموظفين الذين يملكون الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات إعلام المشرف المباشر عن رغبتهم بالتقديم لوظيفة داخلية من خلال ارسال اشعار بواسطة البريد الالكتروني قبل التقديم فعليا.
  4. سيتم إضافة الموظفين الذين تنطبق عليهم متطلبات الوظيفة بالحد الأدنى الى القائمة الأولية للمرشحين الداخليين من قبل الموارد البشرية، وسيتم تحديد قائمة المرشحين للمقابلات بناء على توصية ومراجعة المشرف المباشر للوظيفة التي تم التقديم لها، علما بأنه سيتم اعطاء الفرصة للموظفين الذين لم يخضعوا لمقابلات سابقا بالوجود على قائمة المقابلات وذلك للمرة الأولى فقط في حال عدم ترشيحهم للمقابلة من المشرف المباشر للوظيفة.
  5. يتوجب على الموظفين المتقدمين لوظيفة داخلية والمشرف المباشر للوظيفة عدم التواصل فيما يتعلق بالشاغر قبل التقديم للوظيفة وخلال عملية الترشيح للمقابلات من أجل ضمان المساواة والشفافية، وفي حال وجود حاجة لذلك يتم التنسيق مع قسم التوظيف في الموارد البشرية.
  6. سيقوم قسم التوظيف بدعوة الموظفين المرشحين للمقابلات، وسيتم تقييمهم مقارنة بجميع المرشحين للمقابلات سواء  كانوا موظفين أو مرشحين من خارج الشركة.
  7. بعد اتمام المقابلات وفي حال تم اختيار أحد الموظفين، سيتم إعلام المشرف المباشر للموظف، وعليه سيتم إغلاق الوظيفة وإعلام الموظفين  الذين تمت مقابلتهم ولم يتم اختيارهم من خلال البريد الإلكتروني، و سيتم التنسيق رسميا مع المشرف/ مدير الدائرة في كلا الدائرتين لإتمام الإنتقال وتحديد تاريخه حسب سياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
  8. الموظفين الذين لم يتم اختيارهم ويرغبون في الحصول على تغذية راجعة بخصوص المقابلة، يتوجب عليهم التنسيق مع قسم التوظيف من أجل هذا الغرض.

يحق لقسم التوظيف عدم استدعاء الموظفين الى مقابلة داخلية إذا كانوا قد خضعوا لمقابلة لوظيفة أخرى خلال اثني عشرة شهرا.
