Role Summary:

The Digitization Expert is responsible to develop Commercial Digital Strategy and Roadmap, Lead Company efforts to implement digital initiatives, and monitor and report performance of commercial digital KPIs

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Develop Commercial Digital Strategy and Digital Roadmap
  • Create competent Digital team and environment that covers digital marketing, digital sales and digital care.
  • Improve customer experience for all digital channels (Mobile Application, Business WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Launch new digital channels based on market assessment and maturity
  • Push Mobile Application penetration based on clear vision, strategy and roadmap
  • Develop monetization plan for digital channels and mobile application
  • Push online sales as main driver for revenue  and cost optimization
  • Shift customers from traditional channels to digital ones based on well-developed framework
  • Countering OG commercial Department regarding Strategy & Roadmap


  • Implement Digital roadmap in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Leading Virtual Digital committees to ensure and support the implementation of the digital initiatives.
  • Project manage the digital initiatives handled by the Commercial Digital Unit.
  • Monitor and report performance of Commercial Digital KPIs.
  • Update Steering committee about digital initiatives  progress and performance.
  • Coordinate and communicate with OG about commercial digital priorities.  
Work Experience & Qualifications:
  • BSc in marketing or related subject.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a service or digital provider.
  • Must have significant knowledge of Digital Service, Digital Sales and Digital Marketing.
  • Knowledge in Mobile application management is a must (penetration /  customer insights / customer experience, and monetization).
  • Must have strong project management skills.
Technical Qualifications:
  • Project Management.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Plan implementation.
