Role Summary:

Responsible to develop and maintain budgets. Assist in developing and maintaining business plans and business cases and other financial analysis as required. Responsible to report actual results against business plans and budgets and business cases.


Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining the company’s annual budget and special purposes budgets.
  • Liaising with all departments to develop, maintain, and monitor the budget.
  • Documenting all changes and versions of the budget including assumptions, documents received from departments, etc.
  • Compiling working papers and approved budgets; ensures that expenditures for budgets and contracts are monitored and that reports are prepared to maintain balanced accounts.
  • Assisting in the development of management, narrative, and statistical reports for business reporting and planning purposes.  
Experience & Education:


  • Technical knowledge of all accounting and finance areas.
  • Skilled in math applications.
  • Excellent time management, communications, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics, crystal reports or other reporting software skills.
  • Advanced Skills in excel.



  • BA or equivalent in a related field. MSc.
  • 2 years of related experience required in a budget role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Previous experience in a mobile operator is a big plus.

  • Excellent technical knowledge of all accounting functional areas.
  • General knowledge government and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Skilled in math applications.
  • Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills.

  • experience as a full charge bookkeeper.
  • Excel, database and financial systems software at an advanced level, crystal reports or other reporting software skills at a senior level.
