Role Summary & Responsibilities:

Role Summary :

To develop and deliver all required reports, dashboards, KPIs and reconciliation reports needed for the business reporting.

 

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Validate and develop Meta Data for all developed reports, reporting tools
  • Advise on the develop and maintain the approved Enterprise Business Terminology/Definition Document and integration with Meta Data
  • Design of the DWH / DM Conceptual Data Model (Logical Model)
  • Participate in the design and implementation of Physical Data Model for (DWH/DM)
  • In adherence with the IT Delivery Methodology, gather requirements, design and develop:
    • Using Reporting Tools for the enterprise like BO
    • OLTP and OLAP reports for the enterprise
    • Extraction procedures and tables for use by OLTP Systems (write-backs to source systems)
    • New data source integrations 
  • Participate in the development of extraction procedures that may be used by ETL
  • Maintain data quality between operations and analytical reports
  • Inform WM users of changes to reports
  • Share knowledge, and coach and mentor more junior co-workers
  • Learn, understand, and ensure adherence to ITD Delivery Framework, IT QA, TAA( formal written agreement that outlines the procedure and process that must be completed before publishing of the reports),  particularly for documentation and testing standards.
  • Designe and Develope required business KPI’s and Reports.
  • Update and maintain systems repository

 

Work Experience & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • 2+ years experience with PL/SQL/Database Optimizations and online reporting tools
  • SAP Business Objects, Oracle OBIEE is plus
  • Experience on DWH is a plus
  • Telecom experience is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with relational and conventional database technology Oracle 9i/10g, and general business operations
