Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

Role Summary :

Support customer feedback surveys delivery for ad-hocks & scheduled campaigns & activities, as the following process .


Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Siting the objective/s for the survey
  • Designing the questionnaire
  • Extracting & designing the sample
  • Monitoring outbound team implementation
  • Data cleaning
  • Analyzing of the results And finally report results.
  • Defining and Determining research designs.
  • Following up & supporting market research surveys during all research process, as the following:
  • Collaborating with the vendor to design the questionnaires.
  • Following up all operational tasks.
  • Receiving all deliverables on time (final report, executive report and row-data).
  • Reviewing all the deliverables, and implemented some of cross-check tables.
  • Presenting the final report to all shareholders in WM.
  • Preparing & collecting information/ data for schedule reports.
  • Providing macroeconomic information, statistical data for the local & regional market to all shareholders in WM.
  • Supporting MRK qualitative research “focus groups, depth interviews” during the whole process.
  • Monitoring and report local & regional market activities and trends through different media channels.
  • Collecting & analyzing the direct feedback for any launched activity for any MSP’s in the market.

     Networking with Sales team for any intelligence feedback/information from the Palestinian market to understand and affect in the market more efficiently.

  • Supporting in Internal & External positioning analysis for different products & services.
  • Enhancing the log description for each activity in the market, analyzing promotions and campaigns based on the specific key factors and other duties/tasks will be requested.


Experience & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of work experience marketing & business environment.
  • Knowledge/experience in research & analysis.
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Economics,Statistics or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skill.
  • Strong and dynamic personality.
  • Strong Qualitative and quantitative analysis knowledge.
  • Logical, pragmatic with ability to think rationally.
  • Persistent with Ability of working long hours and under pressure.
  • Excellent Command and use of PC applications and software including but not limited to MS office & SPSS .
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (oral and written)
  • Strong reporting & analysis skills.
