The Role:
Providing Legal Administrative Services by follow-up and attendance before all government agencies, courts and expert departments
Key Accountabilities & Activities:
  • Follow up the administrative litigation procedures in the Kuwaiti courts.

  • Filing the lawsuits and paying its fees.

  • Completion of the declaration procedures of lawsuits, warnings and all legal declarations.

  • Processing and get copy of all the documents and papers for the court cases and filing relevant documents.

  • Follow up the execution procedures in all its forms and before all concerned execution department including depots cheques.
  • Filing all litigation cases and related docs internally.

  • Coordinate with Ooredoo and its subsidiaries to collect all required docs by the legal team.

  •  Update the litigation reports in weekly basis.

  • Collecting cheques from Ooredoo and its subsidiaries for any outstanding court dues

  • Other duties as directed by supervisor or other superiors

  • Fluent verbal and written communication in Arabic and acceptable level of English.

  • diploma   in law from a recognized tertiary institution

  •  Strong knowledge and experience of the Kuwait legal execution system.

  • MS Office
