You will be responsible of the following:
-Achieve agreed financial targets by maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned Strategic/Key Accounts.
-Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
-Grow existing customer contract base in line with the annual targets agreed. represent the entire range of company ICT products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.
-Achieve ICT revenue and total contract value targets set.
-Plan and compile input for the activity plans and develop the Company’s existing offer and solutions portfolio.
- Improve the Company’s pipeline.
-Prepare and update quarterly Reach Activity Plans.
-Develop and retain Strategic/Key customers by optimizing the interactions and flow of information between the customer and the Company.
-Builds strategic relationships with major customers
-Drives alignment within the whole organization is a central, pivotal point of activity
-Delivers value to customers
-Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
-Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
