You will be responsible of the following:
- Develop ICT solutions for business customers with the objective to deliver revenue targets and achieve great customer experience
- Maintain and control detailed specifications for ICT solutions
- Build high level business cases for each new solution concept
- Work with marketing peers & partners to develop products and propositions
- Work with partner & internal teams to generate internal/external processes
- Work with the procurement and technical organisation in order to develop RFPs and manage the RFP process required for new solutions or JVs (SW/HW/Service)
- Administrate the implementation of solutions between Products, Proposition & Partner which touches network and IT, customer service, etc, to ensure on time readiness
- Have an updated knowledge on customer demands, competitor initiatives, and ICT market development
- Work closely with sales, bid management, and the customer to close deals
- Identify right partners to fulfil current customer requirements or potential future solutions
- Form strategic alliances, partner service agreements ensuring highest customer experience, internal alignment and back to back SLAs
- Monitor partners performance and run periodic governance meeting with executive report to ICT & B2B Management
- Insuring partners payments are processed on time and their contract are active
- Manage the relationships with partners, assure their adherence to SLAs and take disciplinary actions when required
- Own the on boarding and offloading or partners or partner based products by aligning with marketing teams
- Action the agreed Cloud and ICT roadmap ensuring internal alignment
- Find right SaaS/ICT solution from existing or new partners keeping business needs and company’s interest the main factors
- Join proposition & products in drive SaaS/ICT concepts through the B2B management, legal and regulatory, procurement and technology in order to obtain the necessary approvals for smooth implementations
- Provide right input to Pricing in order to have competitive service, keeping partner margins
- Shadow the team in co-ordinating the implementation of products between the different technical and commercial units (IT, Network, CS, ISM, Regulatory & Legal)
- Monitor SaaS evolution, ensure latest versions are available to Ooredoo customers with proper GTM comms in place
- Ensure the availability of all internal service documentation, such as product descriptions, SLAs and product presentation materials
- Ensure the delivery of sales, pre-sales and customer service training related to mobile products prior to launch by marketing peers
- Ensure that a comprehensive set of business rules, activation forms, welcome packs, price and product sheets, FAQ etc. are available in due time for launch across the full product portfolio for all segments and both existing and new offerings
- Assure all documentation is stored in shared locations easily accessible by all team members and are periodically updated
