As the Analyst - People Systems you will be responsible of  serving as a technical point-of-contact for HR systems and assists the Manager   with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, reporting and analysing data flows for process improvement opportunities. HRIS/HR systems analyst is in charge of maintaining the security of the system,  keeping  data safe, organised and properly stored.

Core Responsibilities:

You will be responsible of day to day check the information in the HR Systems by ensuring the data contained is accurate and readily available to the authorised users, maintaining and updating various Human Resources forms within the system as needed, analysing work process design and flow and leverage the return on technological capabilities, improving attendance processes through monitoring and analysing the  access control system and its supporting database, working effectively with peers to set technology priorities, and support long-term planning, day to day monitors data for accuracy, and coordinates updates to maintain data integrity to accurately reflect the constantly changing organisation, assisting on deliver the special projects under direction, day to day administration of Oracle Systems, such as Employee Self Service, iExpense, purchasing etc, providing help and information needed and asked by as requested by the users, maintaining and specify all the key flex fields of HR systems such as adding new positions, adding nationalities, creating new leave types and duration with cost centres, etc, trouble shooting technical system issues and work closely with IT and internal customers as needed to eliminate errors and provide solutions, assisting to acts as the focal point for HRMS  Assist through Interact closely with  vendors to explore system improvements or system requirements, ensuring that new system requirements are captured and incorporated into the system through modifications carried out by Ooredoo corporate IT or with the system vendors. supporting HR Systems upgrades, testing and other technical projects as assigned, troubleshooting problems and work with other IT professionals to make sure all programs / systems operate effectively   Assist  as HR systems technical, creating reports queries to ensure information can be extracted from the system in order to facilitate reports for all areas of HR or Senior Management, including budget forecasting (headcount), recruitment & sourcing cost, hiring costs, leave and sickness reporting and assisting  HR management and business analyse the data available for management decisions.

The Person:

You should have minimum of  2 years experience with an HRMS database structure, functions and processes, and experience with report writer tools, strong understanding of HR processes and data, in order to ensure correct implementation, significant experience in HR systems management, In depth knowledge of report/queries, proficient in  MS Office, fluent written and spoken English and Arabic  with a BSc or high diploma  in IT ,BA or equivalent    .
