Ooredoo Family Member::

As FTTH- Service Delivery support you will be supporting ooredoo FTTH service delivery by providing an outstanding customer experience and delivery installations.  

Core Responsibilities::
  • Working to achieve monthly deliveries targets. and mange daily tasks given

  • Daily following up with Oman broadband with regards to SDU and MDU work orders in progress.

  • Daily following up with OOREDOO managed service with regards to completed orders by Oman Broadband and ensuring that Managed Service are delivering the end devices to the customers.

  • Daily following up with OOREDOO managed service with regards to Daily Deliveries in OOREDOO own buildings.

  • Responding to Oman broadband queries with regards to work order details and correcting any incorrect information in the work order to enable Oman broadband on delivering the fiber to the end users.

  • Responding to Oman Broadband escalations with regards to any obstacles from customer end.

  •  Coordinating between Oman Broadband and OOREOO planning to facilitate and ensure that the infrastructure is available so Oman Broadband will be able to deliver the fiber to the customers.

  • Coordinating with OOREDOO contractors to ensure the fiber infrastructure is available in OOREDOO own building to deliver the end devices to the customers successfully.

  • Coordinating with OOREDOO OSP Planning Department and Oman broadband to ensure the OLT Ports and infrastructure is available for both MDUs and SDUs.

  • Handling the day to day work orders activity in BMC to ensure that the work order is in the right inbox.

  • Coordinating with OOREDOO Fast Track Team to contact the unreachable customer to either proceed with Delivery or apply the termination process.

  • Coordinating with OOREDOO IT department to facilitate and challenge the field delivery team are facing to ensure that the delivery will be done without a delay.

  • Planing and arranging with Oman broadband to conduct a joint visit to solve the problematic work orders.

  • Attending the daily emails and escalations from Stores and Customer service to update the customers with their work orders status.

  • Ensuring delivered work order are having the UAT and speed test document attached and close the work order after doing the quality check.

  • Preparing the daily report and delivery plan as well as weekly and monthly report and plan.

The Person::

You should have the following:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor degree in IT or Telecom   

Skills Required::
• Can manage integration of Ooredoo Services with Customers
• Basic understanding of Telecom terminologies to manage maintenance with Ooredoo OMC  
• Can carry out testing of circuits individually as per Ooredoo standards  
• Capable of handling all the installations with no or minimum support from Ooredoo if required
• Good understanding of cross-functional business work flows and issues
• Expert in MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Arabic
