As a Analytics Manager you will be analyzing data to develop customer insights by incorporating new processes, tools and systems. Building analytical reports and models to assist in customer acquisition, usage stimulation, retention and loyalty activities. Plus Providing support and bring all the elements needed for decision making, for the marketing consumer in terms of data insights, studies and statistics.

Core Responsibilities:

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be incorporating new processes, tools and systems, for predictive analytics, X-Sell, segmentation, usage profiling, proactive analysis, pattern discovery and insights, developing and implementing advance analytics roadmap across customer life cycle, developing segmentation based on spend, usage and other behavioral patterns to drive up customer value, as well as increase acquisition rates and to assist in developing understanding of trends and customer groups, providing Data-Warehouse insight, ad hoc data-sets and reports (KPIs) to support and develop the customer lifetime value of customers through application of modeling techniques and predictive analysis which support functional teams, supporting customer insight and analysis to assist and create customer Acquisition, Usage Stimulation Retention and Loyalty activities.

 

You will be assisting in implementing targeted solutions based on general data mining, developing understanding of existing users and usage patterns and insights, to ensure acquisition tools are attractive and well positioned. Support acquisition campaigns by “cloning” best customers profiles, designing social network and models to target key influencers in our customer base, ensuring that customer with relevant risk profiles are identified and tracked, building analytical reports, monitoring of scores / segments, monitoring and enrichment of marketing databases (Data Governance), supporting and monitoring marketing campaigns.

The Person:

To apply for this position you should have the followings:

  • University degree in Computer Science / Mathematics / Statistics
  • MBA degree preferred
  • 4 Year + experience in telecom statistical analysis, data mining or other business role involving statistics / analytical experience; analysis of customer and market data, project management in commercial department preferably
  • Understanding of DWH with in Teradata environment - preferred
  • Must have hands on experience on Data Mining tools (Teradata Warehouse Miner/SAS Miner). 
  • Commercial and technical understanding of business systems such as (CMT, Billing, IN, CRM). 
  • Commercial experience in either supporting marketing teams in Analytics projects.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL,SAS, Excel
Technical skills required::
  • Proven skills in data mining and statistical data analysis.
  • Deep knowledge of modeling techniques and advanced statistics 
  • Understanding database systems, both relational and OLAP designs is a plus
  • Application, Triggers and Stored Process development.
