About the Business Unit:

Ooredoo’s Business BU is a critical part of the company’s first line customer facing activities for all Business Accounts and has a significant role to play in long term business value creation through product design, achievement of sales revenue, profit and customer satisfaction, as defined in the annual business plans. The department supports the realization of Business Sales goals by leading, managing & owning the account portfolios and ensuring effective delivery of Business Sales goals & targets. They are responsible for all activities that are geared towards creating value for Ooredoo whilst minimizing churn and maximizing acquisition, retention and spend of Ooredoo’s customers by the effective management and direction of the overall B2B Sales & Go To Market efforts.

About the Role:

This role is responsible to lead a team of account managers to deliver the revenue and customer satisfaction targets in the assigned accounts base through developing a healthy sales pipeline and converting leads to orders in addition to building strong client relationships. The role will lead and manages all sales operations and oversees activities of the reporting sales team. The role is also responsible to grow incremental and new sales for the business while reducing customer turnover and churn.

About You:

You should have 

-10 years' experience in a similar role.

-Experience in selling telecom, IT technologies including Fixed, Mobile, IOT, Collaboration, Datacenter services to major customers. Significant experience of front line sales. Working experience of SFA tool, and MS Office (MS PPT and Excel in particular).

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or Engineering
