BSS Network Elements are the components of the Radio network consisting of technologies like 2G, 3G and 4G. BSS elements specifically points to connectivity from Base stations to Transcoders in 2G, from WCDMA Base stations to RNC in 3G and eNodeB in LTE.

To control & monitor RAN (2G, 3G & 4G) operation & maintenance activities (i.e. corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, Network Hardware & Software upgrade and new network elements installations when required.) in the whole 2G, 3G and 4G - BSS Network Elements.

You should have at least

• 5 years’ experience in BSS O & M activities

• Ability to cope up with trainings in new technologies like 3G advance and LTE

• Above average expertise in software and various computer application handling

• Proper understanding of Ooredoo Technical process

The minimum requirement is a Bachelors degree in Telecom Engineering or equivalent

Fluent in Spoken and written English
