About the Business Unit:

Ooredoo’s Business BU is a critical part of the company’s first line customer facing activities for all Business Accounts and has a significant role to play in long term business value creation through product design, achievement of sales revenue, profit and customer satisfaction, as defined in the annual business plans. 

Ooredoo’s partnership governance is a critical component for the expansion of the company into the ICT services market, to be able to effectively build an ecosystem of partners that creates value for the company by complementing the portfolio, reinforcing the existing business, and having in place the right commercial agreements.

 

About The Role:

This role is responsible for managing the partner & supplier pipeline and relationships and ensuring a mutually beneficial commercial relationship that will support the sales teams in revenue generation and customer satisfaction.

About You:

You should have at least 10 years of work experience; with at least 5-8 years of experience in channel management and partner management. You must have an experience in working in a large ICT provider, Multinational networking or application vendor. It is preferred to have an industry specific experience.

Skills Required:

  • Good understanding of the cost basis and fair market prices of ICT offers and the various elements of bundled products and services.
  • Sound understanding of sales and delivery lifecycle including bid process and commercial terms and conditions.
  • Proven demonstrable ability in building and maintaining relationships with 3rd party suppliers. 
  • Leadership, Problem Solving & Decision Making skills.
  • Ability to resolve channel conflict issues.
  • Results orientation.
  • Strong team player.
  • Influence & Persuasion.
  • Ability to communicate  and garner consensus based agreements .

 

Minimum Qualifications:

The minimum requirement is a Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Business / Computer Science / MIS. It is preferred to have MBA.
